- Primero. CONFIRMAR PARCIALMENTE el fallo proferido el 22 de enero de 1999 por el Tribunal Administrativo de Córdoba. No se condena al actor al pago de costas.
- Segundo. ORDENAR, al alcalde municipal de San Bernardo del Viento, para que en las siguientes cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, proceda a pagar al actor los salarios adeudados correspondientes al año de 1998 siempre que la disponibilidad presupuestal lo permita. En caso contrario, el indicado plazo se concede para iniciar los trámites presupuestales pertinentes para cumplir lo ordenado.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
