- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 18 de Familia de Santa Fe de Bogotá, mediante el cual se negó la protección solicitada. En su lugar, se concede la tutela del derecho de petición en conexión directa con el derecho al trabajo.
- En consecuencia, se ORDENA al Gerente Liquidador de la "Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero S.A." que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente Sentencia, expida la certificación laboral solicitada por José Ignacio Martínez Solís.
- Segundo. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
