- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Pereira, Sala de Familia, de fecha 4 de diciembre de 1995. En consecuencia, Nno procede la tutela solicitada por la señora M.M. contra el señor P.P.
- Segundo. Para la publicación de esta providencia, se suprimirán los nombres del menor y de sus padres, para proteger los derechos a la intimidad del
