- Primero. RE VOCAR el fallo de segunda instancia proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá D.C., en el proceso de tutela formulado por la señora MARIA EDITH GARZON en contra de la empresa EFICACIA S.A, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela solicitada.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa EFICACIA S.A. reintegrar a la señora María Edith Garzón, para desempeñar labores iguales o similares a las que se encontraba ejerciendo al momento del despido.
- Tercero. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas en la parte considerativa del presente fallo, la Sentencia proferida el Juzgado Veintiocho Civil Municipal de Bogotá D.C.
- Cuarto. LÍBRESE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
