- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado 17 Penal del Circuito de Bogotá del 9 de diciembre de 2003 y, en consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela al derecho de petición de Sor Margarita Marín de Vega.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Seguro Social, Seccional Bogotá, que, de no haberlo hecho, dé respuesta a la solicitud presentada el 15 de septiembre de 2003 por Sor Margarita Marín de Vega, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia.
- TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
