- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 15 Penal Municipal de Medellín que denegó el amparo solicitado por Jorge Albeiro Hernández Municipal.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a la Secretaría de Salud de Medellín para que, una vez tenga conocimiento de la solicitud presentada por el actor, relativa a cambio de A.R.S., actúe conforme a lo señalado en la parte motiva de esta Sentencia.
