- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la providencia de fecha veinte (20) de octubre de 1994, mediante la cual el Juzgado
- Octavo. Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá resolvió denegar la tutela interpuesta por los ciudadanos José Cuesta Novoa y Milciades Ramírez Melo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado
- Octavo. Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá D.C., en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Tercero. ENVIAR copia de esta providencia al Ministerio del Medio Ambiente y al Departamento Administrativo del Medio Ambiente de Santafé de Bogotá (DAMA), para lo de su competencia.
