Derecho a la vida, minimo vital y debido proceso de operario de maquinaria pesada que a raiz de un accidente de trabajo fue intervenido quirurgicamente, por lo que le fueron formuladas distintas incapacidades laborales, las cuales no son canceladas por la arp bajo el argumento de que su estado patologico no se origino por el mencionado accidente.<br>solicita se ordene el reconocimiento y pago de las incapacidades laborales. <br>imposibilidad de dictar una orden de proteccion constitucional cuando se configura un hecho superado.
En el caso concreto se advierte la existencia del hecho superado, como quiera que el actor comunico a esta corte que la eps a la cual se encuentra afiliado cancelo la totalidad de las incapacidades y, por su estado de salud, fue reubicado a una labor de menos esfuerzo en su lugar de trabajo.<br>negada
