- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Confirmar, por las razones expuestas, la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Veintiuno Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, el día veinticuatro (24) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
