  1. Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 7º Laboral del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por Jovita Irene Rey de Morales contra la empresa Acerías Paz del Río S.A. y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la protección solicitada.
  2. Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa Acerías Paz del Río S.A. que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, pague la totalidad de las mesadas atrasadas correspondientes a Jovita Irene Rey de Morales por concepto de su pensión de jubilación, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, y adelante las diligencias pertinentes para que no se repita el atraso que ha dado lugar al presente proceso.
  3. Tercero. El incumplimiento de lo aquí ordenado acarreará las sanciones previstas en el artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
  4. Cuarto. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
