  1. PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DEL DISTRITO JUDICIAL DE CALI, SALA DE DECISIÓN CIVIL, el día cuatro (4) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), que, a su vez, confirmó la decisión del JUZGADO
  2. PRIMERO. (1o.) CIVIL DEL CIRCUITO DE CALI, dictada el trece (13) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), la cual negó, por improcedente, "la acción de tutela instaurada por el señor JAIRO VALENCIA URIBE por medio de apoderado judicial contra la INSPECCIÓN 14 DE COMISIONES CIVILES DE ESTA CIUDAD".
  3. SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR este fallo al JUZGADO
  4. PRIMERO. (1o.) CIVIL DEL CIRCUITO DE CALI, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
