  1. Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Consejo de Estado y el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por Yohanna Andrea Zaidiza Vargas contra ECOPETROL y en su lugar TUTELAR los derechos a la igualdad y al libre desarrollo de la personalidad.
  2. Segundo. INAPLICAR por ser manifiestamente contrario a la Constitución, el ordinal 9 del numeral 0761 del Manual de Normas y Procedimientos Administrativos de ECOPETROL.
  3. Tercero. ORDENAR a ECOPETROL renovar la inscripción de Yohanna Andrea Zaidiza Vargas, como hija perteneciente al grupo familiar de Manuel Enrique Zaidiza Tello, para todos los efectos legales y con todos los beneficios que ello conlleva, hasta que termine sus estudios universitarios y/o cumpla los 25 años de edad y continúe dependiendo económicamente de su padre.
  4. Cuarto. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
