- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 3 de mayo de 2000 por el Juzgado 1 Civil Municipal de Ibagué. En su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales al trabajo y al mínimo vital de Fernando Bergaño Tribiño.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa de vigilancia "Serviphuila Ltda" que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia, cancele al demandante la totalidad de los salarios adeudados.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
