- Primero. CONFIRMAR por las razones consignadas en esta providencia, el fallo proferido por LA SALA PENAL DEL TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DE BOGOTA, de fecha 26 de mayo de 2000, a través del cual confirmó la decisión del JUZGADO VEINTISEIS PENAL DEL CIRCUITO de la misma ciudad, que negó la tutela interpuesta por WILLIAM ENRIQUE MORENO DIAZ, contra la POLICIA NACIONAL -UNIDAD DE INFORMATICA-.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
