- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Tribunal Superior de Pamplona, Sala Civil-Familia-Laboral y por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Laboral, el 19 de julio y el 7 de septiembre del presente año, respectivamente.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada por el señor Miguel Adriano Alvarez Delgado contra el Hospital San Juan de Dios de Pamplona. En consecuencia se ordena al gerente de la mencionada entidad, que dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, si todavía no lo ha hecho, cancele las mesadas pensionales que le adeuda al demandante.
- Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
