- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia de fecha treinta y uno (31) de mayo del año dos mil (2000), del Juzgado
- Tercero. de Familia de Palmira, Valle, en la acción de tutela presentada por Angelino Saúl Díaz Mogollón contra el señor Luis Carlos Salazar.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Instituto de Bienestar Familiar, Regional Valle del Cauca (Centro Zonal # 8 Palmira), que por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia, si el término de "colocación familiar" en hogar sustituto ya venció, en forma motivada y previo estudio de la situación del menor, decida si es del caso prorrogar, por una sola vez esta medida provisional de protección. Concluido el término de la misma, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes, envíese la actuación al Juez de Familia para que, previo el cumplimiento de los trámites previstos por la ley, decida lo pertinente en relación con el menor a que se refiere esta acción de tutela.
- Tercero. Para reservar la identidad del menor involucrado en este proceso, se ha suprimido su nombre.
- Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
