- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. CONFIRMAR, pero por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia, la sentencia de tutela proferida por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Cali que ha sido objeto de revision. En consecuencia, se deniega la tutela solicitada por el demandante.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al I.C.B.F., continuar suministrando a las menores Sandra Liliana y Samanta Elisa Patino Falla, la atencion que ellas requieran, siempre que se den las condiciones para ello de conformidad con la ley y el reglamento.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
