- Primero. CONFIRMASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 4 Penal Municipal de Santa Marta, el doce (12) de mayo de 2000, en la acción de tutela instaurada por Sara Gómez Velásquez en contra del departamento del Magdalena, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. PREVÉNGASE al Gobernador del Departamento del Magdalena para que adopte con carácter permanente los correctivos presupuestales que sean necesarios para asegurar el cumplimiento idóneo de las obligaciones laborales a su cargo.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
