- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida el 17 de mayo de 2001 por la Seccion Segunda, Subseccion B, de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado, en el proceso de la accion de tutela de Guillermo Nannetti Valencia contra el Consejo Nacional Electoral.
- Segundo. Librar, por medio de la Secretaria General, las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991. El fallo se comunicara tambien a la Seccion Segunda, Subseccion B, de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado.
