Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial en la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Yaneth Tarazona Carrascal, en contra de la Asociación Mutual Solidaria Para Salud y Desarrollo Integral de Sabana de Torres E.S.S.
En consecuencia, ORDÉNASE al representante legal de la Asociación demandada, o a quien haga sus veces, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, realice las gestiones necesarias para el pago de los salarios adeudados a la señora Yaneth Tarazona Carrascal, siempre y cuando exista disponibilidad presupuestal para ello. De lo contrario, en el mismo término deberá iniciar las gestiones pertinentes a fin de conseguir los recursos para cumplir con el pago aquí ordenado, el cual deberá realizarse en un plazo máximo de un (1) mes.
Segundo. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
