- PRIMERO. Levantar la suspension de terminos decretada por esta Sala de Revision en auto del 25 de octubre de 2005, con el fin de resolver el presente asunto.
- SEGUNDO. Revocar la sentencia proferida el 24 de junio de 2005, por el Juzgado
- Septimo. Civil del Circuito de Cali, y, en su lugar, declarar improcedente el amparo solicitado por Raul Alberto Ortega Guevara como agente oficioso de Shirley Ortiz Calero.
- TERCERO. Para los efectos de lo dispuesto por el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hara las notificaciones y tomara las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
