- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del tres de marzo de dos mil, proferida por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Santa Rosa de Cabal, en el proceso de tutela de Maria Disnel Oliveros Alzate contra el Colegio Santa Maria Goretti.
- SEGUNDO. Para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juez de origen hara las notificaciones y tomara las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
