- PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria el 30 de marzo del 2000, y por el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria, el 19 de marzo del mismo año, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por Eduardo Ocampo Charry contra Bancafé Panamá S.A.
- SEGUNDO. TUTELAR el derecho a la igualdad a Eduardo Ocampo Charry. En consecuencia se ordena a Bancafé Panamá, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas proceda a darle cumplimiento al artículo 14 del decreto 2331 de 1998, tramitando y aceptando la oferta de dación en pago propuesta por el actor.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 de Decreto 2591 de 1991.
