- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida por el Juez Promiscuo Municipal de Buesaco el 25 de junio de 2003.
- Segundo. Tutelar los derechos fundamentales a la vida digna y al mínimo vital de Jorge Lloyd Arcos Moncayo.
- Tercero. Ordenar a la Alcaldía Municipal de Buesaco el pago de la mesada pensional completa que le corresponde a Jorge Lloyd Arcos Moncayo.
- Cuarto. Requerir a la Defensoría del Pueblo Regional Nariño para que le preste al actor la asesoría que requiere con miras a la obtención del pago de los saldos pendientes de las mesadas pensionales ya causadas.
- Quinto. DÉSE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
