- Primero. Civil Municipal de Ipiales, que nego la tutela solicitada por el peticionario.
- SEGUNDO. PREVENIR a la Direccion de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) Administracion Delegada de Ipiales para que no vuelva a incurrir en dilaciones a las peticiones de las personas.
