Primero. Revocar la sentencia del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura -Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria- y, en su lugar, confirmar la sentencia del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Meta -Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria-, proferidas dentro del trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
Segundo. Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
