Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por la Sala Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogotá por medio de los cuales se negó el amparo invocado por la sociedad "CONSTRUCCIONES INDUSTRIALES LIMITADA-COIN LTDA-". En consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela del derecho al debido proceso a dicha compañía.
Segundo. REVOCAR la decisión adoptada por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogotá el 25 de julio de 1996, por medio de la cual dispuso la revocación del auto de primera instancia que declaraba haber cesado los efectos de la tutela a favor de Maria Daisy Salazar de Gutiérrez. En consecuencia, SE DECLARA que han cesado los efectos del amparo que la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogotá concedió en forma transitoria a dicha peticionaria.
Tercero. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
