- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Pasto el quince (15) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996) al resolver la acción de tutela instaurada por River D"Amaury Insuasty Guerrero en contra de la Jueza Promiscuo Municipal de Yacuanquer y del Juez
- Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Pasto. En consecuencia, la Jueza Promiscuo Municipal de Yacuanquer continuará los trámites propios del incidente de desacato promovido en contra del señor Insuasty Guerrero.
- Segundo. LIBRENSE, por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
