- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. Confirmar las providencias de la Sección Cuarta del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca y de la Sala Plena de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado de fecha siete (7) de mayo de l992 y del diecisiete (17) de junio de l992, respectivamente, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. Comunicar la presente decisión a la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado y a la Sección Cuarta del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, para que a través de este último despacho sea notificado el presente fallo a las partes, conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591, con entrega de esta sentencia.
