Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado
Quinto. Civil del Circuito de Cartagena, el dieciocho (18) de febrero de dos mil (2000), y el Tribunal Superior de Cartagena, Sala Civil, el veintiocho (28) de abril de dos mil (2000), en el expediente T-334 873; por el Juzgado
Cuarto. Laboral del Circuito de Bogota, el veintiocho (28) de junio de dos mil (2000), en el expediente T-349 247; y por el Juzgado Dieciseis Laboral del Circuito de Bogota, el quince (15) de mayo de dos mil (2000) y el Tribunal Superior de Bogota-Sala Laboral, el doce (12) de julio de dos mil (2000), en el expediente T-362 721.
Segundo. CONCEDER la proteccion solicitada por SANDRA PATRICIA CASTRO CASTILLO en la demanda de tutela interpuesta contra GERARDO ALFONSO GARZON ARZUZA, Representante Legal de COPICOPIAS; EMILSEN CUERVO LOPEZ en la demanda de tutela interpuesta contra CONFECCIONES CORSARIO y CLAUDIA ANGELICA ORTIZ LINARES en la demanda de tutela interpuesta contra LACAR y CUBRIR EDITORES LTDA.
Tercero. ORDENAR que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas (48) siguientes a la notificacion del presente Fallo, se reintegre a cargos iguales o similares a los que venian desempenando, a las siguientes personas en las empresas que se enuncian a continuacion: SANDRA PATRICIA CASTRO CASTILLO en el establecimiento COPICOPIAS; EMILSEN CUERVO LOPEZ en la empresa CONFECCIONES CORSARIO y CLAUDIA ANGELICA ORTIZ LINARES en la empresa LACAR y CUBRIR EDITORES LTDA.
Cuarto. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Granada-Meta, el diecinueve (19) de mayo de dos mil (2000), en el expediente T-355 074, dentro de la accion de tutela interpuesta por MARTHA LILIANA ROJAS BERMUDEZ contra el ALCALDE ESPECIAL DEL MUNICIPIO DE GRANADA-META.
Quinto. DAR cumplimiento por Secretaria General a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
