- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo de fecha 31 de agosto de 1994, proferido por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Villeta, mediante el cual se denegó la acción de tutela interpuesta por Ana Graciela Beltrán de González, quien actuó como vocera de los habitantes de la vereda "PALACIO", del municipio de Sasaima, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique el contenido de esta providencia al Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Villeta, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
