Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de fecha mayo 6 de 1999, proferida por el Juzgado
Segundo. Penal del Circuito de San Juan de Pasto, que tutelo el derecho fundamental al trabajo de los ciudadanos Alicia Lucero Vallejo y Luis Pantoja Lopez contra la Gobernacion de Narino
Segundo. Prevenir al senor Gobernador del Departamento de Narino, para que evite volver a incurrir en las omisiones que originaron el presente asunto, so pena de las sanciones legales correspondientes.
Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
