- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala de Casacion Civil-, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta Sentencia.
- Segundo. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, ENVIAR copia de esta Sentencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota -Sala de Decision Civil-, al Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, al Juzgado 11 Civil del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, a la Sociedad Non Plus Ultra Ltda y al Instituto Colombiano de Derecho Procesal.
- Tercero. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, ENVIAR copia de la Sentencia a la Fiscalia General de la Nacion y a la Procuraduria Delegada para la Vigilancia Judicial, para lo de su competencia, de conformidad con lo aqui expuesto en el acapite 2.4., relativo a las pruebas practicadas por la Corte Constitucional, literal c).
