Aduce la actora que las entidades demandadas vulneraron sus derechos fundamentales a la vida digna, a la seguridad social, a la salud, a la igualdad y al mínimo vital, al negarle el reconocimiento y pago de la pensión de jubilación que considera tener derecho, bajo el argumento de no cumplir con los requisitos del Decreto 1653 de 1977 o el régimen de transición establecido en el artículo 36 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
La Sala decide confirmar la decisión de instancia que declaró IMPROCEDENTE el amparo deprecado.
