- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Civil de Túquerres (Nariño), el ocho (8) de julio de 1998, en relación con la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Martha Elena Montenegro Portillo, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporación, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo
- Municipal de Imués (Nariño), en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
