- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones de esta providencia, la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria, de fecha siete (7) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), la cual confirmó el fallo de la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, de fecha veintinueve (29) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), providencia que, a su vez, denegó la tutela solicitada por Antonio Agustín Salas Yoli.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR esta providencia a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
