- PRIMERO. CONFIRMASE la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casacion Laboral, de nueve (9) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994). Por consiguiente, no se concede la tutela solicitada por el senor MANUEL CUELLO URUETA.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNIQUESE la presente sentencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Marta, Sala Laboral, de Santa Marta, para que sea notificada a las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
