- Quinto. Civil del Circuito de Neiva (Huila).
- Segundo. TUTELAR los derechos constitucionales fundamentales a la igualdad y a la educación de William Rodrigo Murcia Mono, ordenando a la Universidad Surcolombiana de Neiva que, dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, admita y expida a favor del actor, orden de matrícula para el programa de medicina a iniciarse en el mes de febrero de 1999.
