- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el capitulo 1o de la Ley 60 de 1993, en cuanto no desconocio la reserva de ley organica, con excepcion del paragrafo 1deg del articulo 6o, el cual habia sido declarado inexequible por la sentencia C-555/94.
