- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Estese a lo resuelto en la sentencia No. C-093 de febrero 27 de 1993, en la cual se declararon exequibles los articulos 5o. numeral 3o. y 24 literales g) y h) del Decreto 099 de 1991, convertidos en legislacion permanente por el articulo 4o. del Decreto Legislativo No. 2271 de 1991.
