- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la "Convencion de las Naciones Unidas sobre los Contratos de Compraventa Internacional de Mercaderias", hecha en Viena el once (11) de abril de mil novecientos ochenta (1980).
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 518 del cuatro (4) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999), por medio de la cual se aprobo la Convencion referida en el numeral anterior.
- Tercero. Ordenar que se comunique la presente decision a la Presidencia de la Republica, al Presidente del Congreso de la Republica y a los Ministros de Relaciones Exteriores y de Desarrollo Economico, para los fines contemplados en el articulo 241, numeral 10 de la Constitucion Politica.
