- Estése a lo resuelto en Sentencia C-479 de 9 de septiembre de 1998, expediente D-1973, en la cual se declaró la exequibilidad de la expresión "que no ha recibido ni recibe actualmente otra pensión o recompensa de carácter nacional", contenida en el numeral 3º del artículo 4º de la Ley 114 de 1913 que "crea pensiones de jubilación a favor de los maestros de escuela".
