- Decláranse EXEQUIBLES los siguientes apartes del decreto ley 01 de 1984:
- a) Del artículo 227, esta frase: "...o se computen votos a favor de ciudadanos que constitucional o legalmente no sean elegibles..."
- b) Del artículo 228, este aparte: "...fuere inelegible o tuviere algún impedimento para ser elegido, podrá pedirse ante la jurisdicción en lo contencioso administrativo la nulidad de la elección y la cancelación de la respectiva credencial".
