- R E S U E L V E :
- Estarse a lo resuelto en la sentencia C-374 del 13 de agosto de 1997, mediante la cual se declaró EXEQUIBLE el artículo 33 de la ley 333 de 1996, con excepción del aparte del inciso
- segundo. que dice: "siempre que dicha adquisición o destinación ilícita de los bienes o derechos haya sido realizada con posterioridad a la existencia de los delitos que dan lugar a esta medida de extinción, así la legislación haya modificado o modifique la denominación jurídica, sin perjuicio del término de prescripción de que trata el artículo 9o. de esta ley", que fue declarado INEXEQUIBLE.
