- PRIMERO. ESTESE A LO RESUELTO en la sentencia No. C-435 del 12 de septiembre de 1996 que declaró EXEQUIBLES los apartes acusados del artículo 1 parcial , y del inciso 1o. del artículo 238 de la Ley 222 de 1995.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresión "los artículos 2079 a 2141 del Código Civil", contenida en el artículo 242 de la Ley 222 de 1995.
