Los demandantes coinciden en solicitar la declaratoria de inexequibilidad del Acto Legislativo 03 de 2011, por la vulneración al artículo 375 de la Constitución Política, al haberse desconocido el trámite exigido para su aprobación.
La Corte constató la existencia de cosa juzgada constitucional respecto de los requisitos para expedir el Acto Legislativo 03 de 2011 y, en tal sentido decidió ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la sentencia C-332/12.
