Demanda de Inconstitucionalidad contra el Acto Legislativo 03 de 2011, por el cual se establece el principio de la sostenibilidad fiscal.

Los actores consideran que con la norma acusada se violó una regla jurisprudencial constitucional durante el trámite de su aprobación, al no haber contabilizado un congresista adecuadamente en una votación, que de haberlo hecho, habría tenido que llegar a una respuesta diferente del caso.
La Sala establece que los demandantes plantearon los mismos elementos de juicio que ya habían sido considerados previamente por la Corte Constitucional, por lo tanto decide ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la sentencia C-332/12, por confirmarse la existencia de cosa juzgada constitucional.
