- RESUELVE:
- Declarar la EXEQUIBILIDAD de las expresiones "centro de reclusión", contenidas en los artículos 80 y 81 de la Ley 65 de 1993, bajo el entendido de que ellas comprenden también los casos de detención domiciliaria o de detención parcial en el lugar de trabajo y sin que se pueda discriminar entre el trabajo material y el intelectual.
