- Primero. ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la Sentencia C-1185 de 2000, por medio de la cual se declaro inexequible el articulo 75 de la Ley 550 de 1999.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 550 de 1999, unicamente respecto del vicio de tramite examinado en la presente sentencia.
