- Primero. Decláranse EXEQUIBLES el "Acuerdo de Cooperación en materia de asistencia jurídica entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, hecho en la ciudad de México el día siete (7) de diciembre de mil novencientos noventa y ocho (1998)" y la Ley 569 del 2 de febrero del año 2000, por medio de la cual se aprobó este Acuerdo.
- Segundo. Comuníquese esta decisión al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Presidencia de la República, y envíese copia auténtica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del artículo 241 de la Constitución.
